Please note that we do not exchange any products with customized heels or colors which has done according to the client’s requirement.
Sizes from 42-45 which are known as extra large sizes will not be exchanged.
Any customized design requested by the clients will not be exchanged.
We are also unable to offer a refund or exchange on the sales items.
Please note that you can’t make more than one exchange requests
Exchanging Your Online Purchase
The sizes from 35-41 which are there in the original image can be exchanged.
Once again, please be kind enough to understand that we exchange only sizes and not the the designs.
Whenever any exchange is done please note that;
The item should be returned in their original condition, unworn and undamaged.
Please inform our customer service team within 3 days if you wish to exchange once the item is received through Instagram / Whatsapp
It will take 2 to 3 weeks for the production of the new item and the client will have to bear the delivery cost.
If in case, there is any error from our party such as delivering the damaged or faulty goods,we guarantee the client ,that we will take the full responsibility in delivering it free of charge or a refund.
NIERA Shoes Repair Policy
Thank you for choosing NIERA shoes! We stand behind the quality of our products. If your shoes require repair due to manufacturing defects within Three months (3) from the date of purchase, we will gladly assess and repair them free of charge.
For repairs needed beyond the initial 4 -8 Months timeframe, we offer repair services at a nominal fee. The fee will be determined based on the extent of the repair required
If it’s been more than 8 months, we might not cover repairs under our standard policy. We appreciate your understanding.
This policy covers manufacturing defects only and does not include damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
